Dallas Trekkers Walking Club – Dallas, TX

Established in 1979, the Dallas Trekkers exists to promote non-competitive walking and other family oriented sports activities. We sponsor about eight scheduled walking events annually that are open to anyone who wants to walk. That’s right…you don’t have to be a member to walk with us! (Although we’d love to have you!) We also sponsor nine year-round trails around the Dallas metroplex. These events are open most every day of the year and you can do them by yourself or with a group. Participants at our events are athletes and non-athletes alike. Why, you’re likely to see everyone from Grandma and Grandpa to babies in strollers.

Upcoming Event

APRIL 28th  – LLELA Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning AreaTrails wind through wooded areas and prairie restoration, open grasslands, hardwood bottomland forest, and boardwalks over marsh. Bring your camera and binoculars for birding and wildlife.
