Dallas Trekkers Walking Club – Dallas, TX

Established in 1979, the Dallas Trekkers exists to promote non-competitive walking and other family oriented sports activities. They sponsor about eight scheduled walking events annually that are open to anyone who wants to walk. That’s right…you don’t have to be a member to walk with them! (Although they’d love to have you!) They also sponsor nine year-round trails around the Dallas metroplex. These events are open most every day of the year and you can do them by yourself or with a group. Participants at their events are athletes and non-athletes alike. Why, you’re likely to see everyone from Grandma and Grandpa to babies in strollers.
