The Brazos Valley Trailblazers are hosting a 10k walk.   The walk starts at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.   The Walk will be on paved streets and sidewalks through the Historic Southside neighborhood and through the Texas A&M Campus.

To participate in this event you are required to register at the start.  Registration is anytime from 9 am – until noon.  Registration costs $3.00. You will carry a start card with you and at checkpoints your card will be marked.

This is not a speed competition. You are encouraged to bring along your children and walk/talk and spend some time together enjoying the great outdoors.

When you finish (anytime before 3:00 pm) you turn in your start card. If you are an official Volkssporter you will have an Event and/or Distance Record Book. When you turn in your start card you will receive a stamp in your record books.

Start Point: St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 906 George Bush Drive, College Station, TX

Driving Directions:  From either north or south on Texas Business 6, merge onto Texas Ave.  From Texas Avenue, turn west onto George Bush Drive. Then turn left onto Dexter (3rd stop light).  From Dexter, left turn onto Aberdeen, which is the first street & approximately 100 feet off of George Bush Drive.  Aberdeen leads straight to St. Thomas’ parking lot.

Hope to see you there!
